All platform sessions will be held in the Room B-1. Speakers are requested to prepare a PowerPoint file (***Your family name***.pptx) in XGA (1024 X 768) format and store your file into a new virus-free USB flash memory. One day before your presentation, please check whether your PowerPoint file works in the official PC with MacOS at the preview room in front of the Room B-1. Then transfer your file into the official PC on the stage by yourself before the session. Early file transfer to PC is recommended. Your file in the official MAC is surely erased just after your presentation. Presentations are 15 minutes. Keep in mind to reserve 3 minutes for discussion in your time slot.
Posters should be hanged in the Rooms I-J-K by 21:00 on Sunday and removed from 17:00 to 17:30 on Thursday. There will be four poster sessions. Poster board display area (90cm wide x 180cm height) will be numbered to indicate corresponding posters.

Before the banquet, meeting staffs will remove all the remaining posters. Organizers do not take responsibility for posters that have not removed on time. We highly recommend to include a picture of themselves in the poster to facilitate registrants finding them to discuss their work after the day of their presentation.
