Grand Prince Hotel Kyoto is one of the first class hotels located next to the conference venue, so we recommend you stay at this hotel. This hotel offers twin rooms with a special discount rate at 16,000 Japanese yen/night for two person with light breakfast. Full breakfast is available at the price of 2,600 yen per person. We recommend　participants to find a colleague sharing the twin room with you at a reasonable rate at 8,000 yen/person/night including tax and service charge, although service to find a roommate is not provided.
   After evening sessions on Jun 27 and 28, we will have mixer at this hotel with drinks. Although limited numbers of single rooms are available in other hotels located at downtown, participants staying those hotels need to spend additional 25-40 min to reach the conference venue by using subway. Hotel reservation will open on March 15th.
